Our Training Philosophy

Our experts formulate a plan ahead of your session that takes your ability, goals, imbalances, injuries, and limitations into account. During the session we will adjust exercises, weights, and/or reps based on the quality of the movement. We will demonstrate any exercise you have not seen before. All exercises are cued using a variety of methods so you understand the alignment and movement quality while moving through the exercises.
Expect a perfectly crafted customized routine backed by science just for you. Our main fitness goal is to help you move well and move for years to come. We prioritize improving posture, improving imbalances, reducing aches and pains, improving balance and maintaining muscle and bone density. This is all done with the style(s) you prefer and our expert advice on which styles would help you best reach your goals. We adjust the intensity of the session as needed.
