What is a complimentary consultation?

Meet with a Hit the Floor representative at one of our four office locations or in-home. It’s an easy way to find out if Hit the Floor is right for you, and there is no obligation.

We learn about your goals and what you are looking for. Then, we break down our services and pricing options.

If you decide you want to begin at that time, we will walk you through the registration process, download and explain how to use our app as well as our client portal. For personal chef clients, menu options will be discussed.


How long is a complimentary consultation?

The consultation can take anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes.

How do I schedule a complimentary consultation?

Are there long term contracts?

Hit the Floor does not require a long term contract. We offer services a-la-carte and through our month to month memberships. For additional savings, we do offer a year long commitment.

Where are our sessions to be held?

That is completely up to you! We want to make living a healthy lifestyle as convenient and simple as possible which is why we travel to you. Most of our clients prefer to meet at their home or office.

How long are our sessions?

All sessions can be up to 60 minutes in length. We always arrive early to set up in preparation.

For personal chef service weekly meal preparation usually takes 3-4 hours.

Will I have to buy anything for my sessions?

No, we do not require you to purchase equipment or supplies. We travel with any equipment and supplies needed for our sessions. However; if you have a home gym or equipment, we will utilize it. Some clients choose to purchase equipment along the way and for that reason we offer discounts on professional equipment to our members.

Personal Chef clients are billed a one time fee for storage containers.

How much space do I need?

We make use of the space that is available to us. Ideally for private fitness training and massage therapy we have at least space the size of a yoga mat.

For massage therapy table services, we require the use of a room with a door for privacy.

For personal chef service, we require a working kitchen that includes a stove top, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and sink.

What does a session cost?

Memberships start at $300 per month.  A-la-carte services start at $150 per session.

How do I pay?

We require all clients have a credit card on file. Members are charged on the 1st of the month. A-la-carte services are charged at the time of scheduling.

How does personal chef weekly meal service work?

After our consultation we finalize our menu based on your preferences and needs. The day of we purchase the freshest ingredients at stores of your choice. We clean your kitchen before we begin cooking and leave it spotless before we leave. All meals prepared are left with simple to follow reheating instructions.
