"My son's wedding was coming up. I do not like wearing dresses let alone buying them. I was shopping and actually found a dress I liked at a great price. Only problem, it didn't really fit. I bought it anyway. Now I needed to figure out how I was going to fit into it! I turned to Emily for help. Her amazing combination of motivation and immense knowledge of physical fitness not only helped me fit in the dress and look great for the wedding, but instilled a knowledge in my heart that I am someone that can be fit and healthy if I work at it. She is always so inspiring, fun and truly caring - it feels like you are just working out with a good friend (who really knows a lot about human physiology!)"
"Once I decided to start personal training, it was a no brainer, Emily is my one and only pick. My once a week personal training session with Emily started on May 25th, 2016, I have made tremendous progress ever since. I lost 10 pounds and my body is much more toned than before. My energy level also increased. Most importantly, with Emily's help, I started to develop a much healthier life style and eating habit that I can sustain. Every week, I am looking forward to my training session with Emily. It is very nice to have somebody to hold you accountable and pick you up while you are falling off your exercise wagon."
