​​Join Hit the Floor in a 10 week class session.  These full body workouts will focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength training, flexibility, and balance training.  You will enjoy games, interval training, and drills using stairs, hills, walls, and other obstacles at the park.  Equipment is minimal but you may see resistance bands, jump ropes, towels, cones, and other small equipment.  Get ready to have some fun all while enjoying the outdoors. 

The first class will take place Saturday, June 24th at Independence Grove in Libertyville, IL.  Please meet outside the Audubon Hall.

Ready for More: 8:00am-9:00am (1 hour)

Summer Session Policies

The session will begin on June 24th, 2017 and will run for a consecutive 10 weeks.  

There must be at least 5 participants signed up prior to Monday, June 12th to run the class.  All notifications of a program cancellation will be sent Wednesday, June 14th. At the time of a cancellation notification, all payment will be returned to you. Drop in classes will be available if the session runs.

If there happens to be a cancellation of a single class due to emergency, all information will be posted via Hit the Floor's Facebook page as well as by contacting you directly through your preferred method.

Registration Information

To register please submit a registration form and send payment. Payment for the training program MUST be received 6 days before the first class (June 19th).

You may send payment for classes through Paypal Payment Center. (You do NOT need a Paypal Account to pay through Paypal.)

You will receive a confirmation email only after a registration form and payment is received.

Regardless of the status of registration and payment, to be eligible to participate in a group fitness class, please sign and submit Hit the Floor Fitness Waiver. The form may be submitted electronically, mailed, or brought to the first class.

Class Quick Tips

To get the most out of your session while keeping safe, please follow these suggestions.

  • Arrive a couple minutes early.
  • Wear comfortable exercise attire, proper cross trainer footwear, and don't forget sunscreen.
  • Bring a water bottle, and sweat towel.
  • If you are pregnant or have an injury, please let the instructor know before the training program begins.
