Join Hit the Floor in a 4 week class session. These full body workouts will focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength training, flexibility, and balance training. You will enjoy games, interval training, and drills using stairs, hills, walls, and other obstacles at the park. Equipment is minimal but you may see resistance bands, jump ropes, towels, cones, and other small equipment. Get ready to have some fun all while enjoying the outdoors.
The first class will take place Saturday, September 9th at Independence Grove in Libertyville, IL. Please meet outside the Audubon Hall.
September 9th - September 30th (4 week session)
8:00am-9:00am (1 hour) Class can be modified for most fitness levels.

The session will begin on September 9, 2017 and will run for a consecutive 4 weeks.
There must be at least 5 participants signed up prior to Monday, August 28th to run the class. All notifications of a program cancellation will be sent Friday, September 1st. At the time of a cancellation notification, all payment will be returned to you. Drop in classes will be available if the session runs.
If there happens to be a cancellation of a single class due to emergency, all information will be posted via Hit the Floor's Facebook page as well as by contacting you directly through your preferred method.
To register please submit a registration form and send payment. Payment for the training program MUST be received in order to consider you registered for the session.
You may send payment for classes through Paypal Payment Center. (You do NOT need a Paypal Account to pay through Paypal.)
You will receive a confirmation email only after a registration form and payment is received.
Regardless of the status of registration and payment, to be eligible to participate in a group fitness class, please sign and submit Hit the Floor Fitness Waiver. The form may be submitted electronically, mailed, or brought to the first class.
